Margaret River Holiday Houses have broken the year up into three different season rates so that you get the best value for your money.

High Season - Easter, Leeuwin Concerts, Long Weekends and school holidays, December 16th to January 31st.  3 night minimum stay.

Mid Season - November 1st - March 31st

Low Season - April 1st - October 31st

A 2 night minimum applies to all reservations

Hummingbird House is a charming character house set on 6 acres of grassland. It will appeal to one or two couples wanting to get away for a relaxing break. Hummingbird is 200 metres from riverside walking trails and the Margaret River Falls.

The "Point" Break holiday house, is a fantastic 2 storey beach house in the Break Complex. The best view from the balcony of any of our "Break" houses.
