Barn Hill

A magnificently appointed home, Barn Hill is highly suitable for families or friends seeking a unique rural holiday experience.

The home has 5 spacious bedrooms and bedding for 12 people.

2 bedrooms have their own private ensuites.
The bedding configuration consists of;

• 2 x king beds (1 with ensuite)
• 1 x Queen bed ( with ensuite)
• 2 x triple bunks beds ( double below, single on top)
  The third bathroom features a spacious bathtub.

There is a large communal living area featuring;

• Wood fire
• Open plan  and highly modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas
• Ping Pong table
• TV, DVD players,CD player and Ipod docking station.
  In addition to this living area, the bedrooms are separated into opposite ends of the house, both also featuring their own separate living areas.  The home comes equipped with ample games and TV’s/DVD’s in each living area.

Outside, there is an enclosed yard with a BBQ, trampoline and endless views across the surrounding valleys.

Barn Hill is 5 kms inland from the town of Cowaramup, and a 10 – 15 minute drive to the town of Margaret River.  Nearby attractions ( within a couple of km’s) include;

• Tassell Park Winery  ( within walking distance to wine tasting at their cellar door!)
• Brookwood Estate Winery (within walking distance for sensational lunches!)
• Cowaramup Brewery ( great for some local lager and a bite to eat)

Other world class wineries such as Cullens and Vasse Felix are only a 10 minute drive away, not to mention the beautiful beaches of Gracetown!

Barn Hill is the perfect place to stay and explore the endless attractions of the Cowaramup/Margaret River region!
